Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used sleep-related products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank or payment provider.
